We will be relaunching Friday track sessions on 20th February at 5.30pm. The first session will be a timed 5k time trial which will form the basis of your splits for the six week period following. The track is an excellent facility which will pay excellent dividends over the race season. The attached is the programme which should be followed for the 8 weeks. All members are strongly encouraged to use the fantasitc resource we are lucky enough to have available to us. The track is available any time between 5pm and 7pm so you can turn up any time between then, but will have to time your own 5k if you turn up late. Further sessions to take us into the race season will be published shortly. |
