Based around the sea front in Neyland, this is the fouth year we will be hosting this event. 

With a relatively flat run course, this is an ideal race for newcomers and experienced athletes alike. We welcome entrants from all abilities, and relay teams of 2 or 3 people are encouraged for anyone who does not want to do the whole event. We especially like to see people in taking part in fancy dress and even have a prize for the best fancy dressed entrant.

We have a limit of 150 participants this year so you are encouraged to enter as soon as possible. The closing date for entries in 18 March 2011 or when the limit is reached.
