Pembrokeshire Half Marathon
& 10k, Dale
Welcome to the web page for the Pembrokeshire Half Marathon & 10k. The 2009 event was the 10th running of the Half Marathon, and the 7th time a 10k has been staged on the same day. A total of 230 runners completed the courses in 2009, a new record.
The Club wishes to thank our main sponsors, South Hook LNG (www.southhooklng.co.uk), for their generous support of this year’s event. A big thank you also to TriExercise of Milford Haven (www.triexercise.co.uk) for supplying spot prizes, helping with race t-shirts, and for generally helping out with the event, and to Station Self Drive (01437 762222) for providing us with a van for the event, and to Speedy Hire (www.speedyhire.com) for providing crowd control barriers. We are very grateful. The community of Dale and surrounding area were very supportive and welcoming – long may this continue.
In additional to personal sponsorship, the 2009 event raised over £700 for the nominated charity, Adam’s Bucketful of Hope Appeal.

2010
The 2010 event will take place on Sunday 26th September. Entries will open in January, and there will be a strict limit of 300 entries. We fully expect the event to fill in advance of the 31st August closing date, so get your entry in early. Once full, we will operate a reserve list to which places made available by withdrawals will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
