Llandovery Triathlon - 12th May 2007

Best club in Wales? Ok it was only Llandovery, but several members of the club ventured out to the wilds of west wales to herd some sheep, wear shades in the rain and slide around slippery corners. 1st overall was the cycling machine that is Oggy, second oveall was Patrick run like the wind Martin, 4th overall (and 1st old git) was Merv enjoying life on the short side of triathlon.  Dazzling Dazza was on world record pace when he pulled his hamstring 4 miles into the bike.  Several of the Crymych contingent were also there flying the flag for West Wales. Tidy race for 10 quid and one of the nicest finishers trophies I've seen, good to see it now a regular event on the calendar, born of the old school keep it simple an cheap welsh triathlons.  Tidy Like.
